this is a weird one we are five months in to a rtw and our howlingmoon s/tent has failed us the mozzie screen door the zip has given up the ghost and also the main zip on the door has done the same considering i paid 600.00 pounds for it in the UK 6 months ago I am A little peeved off. the problem is as we bought over the web we cannot remember Whom we purchased it from, a few clues it was somewhere around the lakenheath area the owners where advertising at the time a new roof tent for a discovery, also they had spent 5 years traveling Europe with their daughter.The Dome tent is still under warranty and we need to get it fixed before we go further afield. any answers will be greatly received. funny or not

Would it have been from Trekoverland as they sell howling moon products.
