Hannibal 1.4 Rooftent Waterproofing seams
Hi to all
Can anyone help my wife and i as recently we got court in some heavey british rain and the rain came in via the seam near the zip's. We were facing down hill and the rain was looking for somewhare to go this was a torrential rain down pore and the Hannibal behaved well. But there must be some kind of extra waterproofing wax etc we could use. Hope someone can help. Regards Traveller1041...

Hi,
Maybe try some Grangers Seamseal. Grangers do a good line of waterproofing/sealing products in the UK available at most outdoor shops. Through Europe we used a siltarp over our Hannibal fly (we had torrential rain in France and Spain) which helped - they are not designed for prolonged UK rain !!! Good Luck Cheers Grif
