Automatic Transmission Specialist in East Africa?

Hello

Real long shot but has anyone ever needed/seen/heard of/ had any experience with Auto gearbox workshops on the East coast of Africa? About to pass over into The Sudan (heading South) and feel like planning ahead.

Any thoughts ideas nuggets of wisdom or HELP would be great.
