the car is in Peru where I'm working for a NGO untill march. Then I go bac to Spain, that's the reason why I'm selling this beauty. It has all it's paper in order en has peruvian plates what makes it very easy to travel through south-america and sell it afterwards.

I am a Turkish citizen. Do You know how you can transfer the ownership of this vehicle, without changing the Peruan registration and licence plates?
Another question is Carnet du Passage regulations.

sorry but I sold it last week. Succes in your search. Normaly when you buy a peruvian car licence plate doesn't change. In some south american countries as venezuela you need a residence to buy a car. Here in Peru as Foreigner there is no problem at all. you sign a notary act with your passport and they change it in your name. It all take's about 1 week time.
