Ghana-can we sell or give away) Toyota 4x4?

Hi there,
We will be travelling from Uk to Cape Town and will have a Toyota Landcruiser 1994, 80 series 4x4 which we will no longer need once we get to Accra, as our driver will be flying home from there (2 of us are on bikes). How do we go about selling it or even giving it away? It is not worth the price of shipping back to the UK - and annyway, we live in Australia, :-).

Just heard that Frank is in Spain for a few weeks so he may not pick up his mail immediately. So a dash of patience might be required!

Go well.

Ohh! Can I drive it back??

EDIT- Just done a little bit of research and I think it's possible with a little paperwork preparation that I could do this. I've sent you a PM but if you could email me back as well as a PM that would be great my email is mr.rothwell(at) gmail (dot)com.

Let me know what you want and the dates if this is at all possible?

Gonna be around in Ghana, from about 20th Aug for a week or so, gonna e-mail Frank as well [thanks Enzo], but if you still wanted to get rid of it then we might be interested in it for the rest of our trip?

Thanks Joe

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
