For Sale VW T3 Syncro.

I want to sell my beautiful VW T3 Syncro, 2.1 lts. petrol engine.
This vehicle is in Cape Town, South Africa, it has South African documents and is a RHD, as all vehicles are in southern Africa. It is an excepcional VW T3 Syncro, not only because has no rust , but also because it has front and back differential locks, and decoupler, that means it is a manualy operated 4x4.
I have been using this van as a camper (the back seat goes flat and offers a comfortable double bed) and have been through South Africa, Namibia, Botswana and Lesotho, without having any trouble at all. The car has 200000 kms. and the 2.1 petrol engine is a rebuild engine fitted 35000 kms. ago.
It has proven to be an excellent 4x4 in the sands of the Namibian desert (Sossusvlei) as well as in Welvis Bay (Pelican peninsula) and the Sani Pass in Lesotho and in South Africa. It doesn't have any vibration or strange noises. Goes smoothly on any road.
It has a second petrol tank that guarantees an autonomy of more than 1000 kms. It has higher than normal ground clearence as the suspention has been raised. Almost new shock absorbers (10000 kms.). The 8 CV joints have been replaced (10000 kms.). It has passed the roadworthy test (TUV) 3 months ago , without any problem.
Any foreigner can buy a car in South Africa. The Traffic Registration Number, essential to register a vehicle in your name, is obtainable in few days (I got mine in 3 days), as far as you have an address in the country, with the advantage that you will not need a Carnet de Passage to visit the other african counties. Is also possible, for very little money , to store vehicles in South Africa and Namibia for short or long term.
The vehicle willbe available after the 15th March.

FEATURE SETS

My request is € 6.700.00

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
