Dell Axim X51v PDA with Memory Map/Garmin and extras (UK)

As title,

As I have now got a tablet PC running MM along with other things, its time to let my PDA go. I have used it extensively for lanes here in the UK running memory map, but I have also installed Garmin Que and run the T4A maps along with others for Morocco and again Memory Map (MM) using french IGN maps in the french Alps. Excellent piece of kit that has served me well

The PDA is in excellent condition and comes with:

Mains adaptor
12v adaptor
Spare High Capacity Battery 2200mAh
Soft touch case
USB docking station that is also a charger and charges the spare battery at the same time.
Manual
protective covers for the screen
sturdy windscreen mount

Installed mapping software: MM and Garmin Que

The only thing you need to get this going for navigtion is a GPS unit. Either a plug in NMEA, compact flash adaptor or a bluetooth device. I have been running this with a Garmin GPS10 blue tooth reciever https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?pID=272 on Brian's recommendation and it has worked without fault in all weather conditions.

Good points about this PDA? 3.8" VGA crystal clear TOUCH screen. CF/SD card slots to hold all your map data, bluetooth, wireless internet, windows media player to play your music. Extensive review here: http://www.mobiletechreview.com/Dell-Axim-X51v.htm

The PDA will also come with a 4GB SD card loaded with all the 1:50k OS maps of the UK along with a 1:250k road map of the UK. So your all set to go with plotting routes and using MM once you get a GPS sorted out

Can't ask for much more than that.

Looking for £150 for the lot. reasonable?

Based in Bristol.

Pic to follow

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
